Welcome! I’m Sasha Rodriguez, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, dedicated to helping you climb higher and live brighter. Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming whether that is relationship struggles, past traumas, or simply the pressure of navigating your own personal growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore these challenges, understand yourself more deeply, and uncover the strength you already have within.
I was born and raised in Houston, TX and hold a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business Management and two minors in Psychology and General Business in 2017 from University of Houston-Downtown. I worked in the business world for about 5 years working in supply chain management and after some time I decided I wanted to focus on helping other people reach their personal goals. With that decision, I attended Lamar University and obtained a Masters of Education in Counseling & Development in 2023.
I specialize in helping individuals (13+) and couples navigate relationship difficulties, trauma, and other life challenges, offering compassionate guidance tailored to your unique journey.
